On my way

Okay, I'm gonna give this blogging thing a try, and in English nonetheless. We'll see how it works out. But first, a few rules:

* At least one post per week
* At least one picture per post

Also, a few goals:

* Collect at least 10 readers
* Show up on tastespotting sooner or later

Sounds pretty reasonable to me. I just want you to know a few things before we begin.
I'm 18 years old, and just moved out of my parents' house about two months ago, into a tiny, tiny apartment outside Stockholm, Sweden. Needless to say, I'm not a pro. But what I really want you to know is that I have a really tight budget when it comes to food, the kind of stove with only two spaces that you can actually move around, my oven (which is smaller than my microwave) stands in a cupboard and all in all I've got about a 50x50cm working area. Please, keep that in mind before mocking me.
